Mike Kossove
Mr. Kossove graduated from Richard Stockton College with a B.A. in Elementary
Education (2001) and a B.S. in Environmental Science (1997). He has been employed as a second grade teacher by the Stafford Township School District in Manahawkin from September 2001 to the present where he created innovative lessons that cross curriculum and integrate technology. He also maintained a classroom website that is updated on a monthly basis which successfully communicates with parents and students. Mr. Kossove is the co-founder of the Ocean Acres Garden Club for students, parents and staff and also coordinates a
Project Team, a school-wide program, which was created to instill foundations of character in students. Through the use of inclusion classes, he has serviced the needs of students by individual education plans.
Mr. Kossove is the recipient of the 2009 Stafford Township Volunteer of the Year Award 2009 for project with the Ocean Acres Garden Club and also received the first
Innovative Educator Award in the Stafford Township School District in 2007, 2008 and 2009. He also received the recipient of the 2003 Ocean County Technology Award. Consideration of the individual student with their own particular needs and goals are of paramount importance to Mr.Kossove’s method of instruction.

Iris Harari
Ms. Harari has a background of education of middle and high school levels in instruction of Hebrew for over twelve years at the Trocki Hebrew Academy & Rubin Wishkin High School and other schools in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey areas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English, French Language and Literature from the Tel-Aviv University, Israel and has studied at the Hebrew College in Massachusetts upon completion of her military service in Israel from 1973 through 1975. Ms. Harari is highly regarded on a personal as well as professional level by Dr. Cyla Trocki-Vidfell, the Executive Administrator of the Trocki Hebrew Academy.
Ms. Harari has stated her objectives to educate, to instill pride, and to love our Jewish American heritage. Her goal is to develop a better generation that will be more committed to Judaism and its ethical values. She further stresses the importance of education but also focus on giving each child the comfortable environment of love, attention and warmth needed for their development as positive and productive individuals.

Bari Cohen
Bari brings her love of God and Judaism to the classroom where she has been instructing both the Aleph and Bet students in the history and traditions of the Jewish people. Her dream is to instill enthusiasm for learning and worship in all the students. Bari is a very active member of the congregation and currently holds the position of co-chairperson of the fundraising committee.
A Barnegat resident Bari lives with husband Peter and Hebrew School student son Corey. Bari earned her Associates Degree in Business Administration from Brookdale Community College, Lincroft, and Cosmetology Certificate from Monmouth County Vocational School, Long Branch. She has worked in New Jersey and Tennessee as a professional hair stylist and esthetician. Bari is currently working in Barnegat, NJ.
